Bio

Amanda Wysinger is the Career Development Specialist for the Bauer Rockwell Career Center. She is originally from Los Angeles but is glad to return to her Houston home. Prior to joining the University of Houston, Amanda has served in Higher Education in numerous capacities ranging from Orientation Council, Admissions Counselor, and as a Graduate Academic Advisor. She graduated from Agnes Scott College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English Literature. In 2015, Amanda received her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the Lorry I. Lokey Graduate School of Business at Mills College. Amanda is excited to join the Bauer team and looks forward to ensuring and cultivating student success. She is also an avid reader, researcher, random fact acquirer, social media enthusiast, and lover of all things coffee.
