Bio

D.B.A., The University of Southern California, 1972, Accounting. CPA (Texas). Teaching areas are partnership taxation, corporate taxation, and individual taxation. Current research interests include federal income, estate, and gift taxation and their impact on investment decisions. joined the faculty in 1972. Serves as an education consultant in tax training for KPMG Peat Marwick. Editor and contributing author of the books: Federal Taxation, Individual Taxation, and Corporate, Partnership, Estate and Gift Taxation. Publications have appeared in Journal of Taxation, Journal of Accountancy, The CPA journal, Journal of Partnership Taxation, Journal of Corporate Taxation, and The Tax Adviser, among others.
