Dave Sullivan

Assistant Professor


Dave Sullivan is an Assistant Professor in the Management and Leadership Department at the University of Houston C. T. Bauer College of Business. He received his Ph.D. in Management from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. His research investigates the social, psychological, and cognitive aspects of human resource management processes including performance management, fit and misfit during the job search, and the impact of gender bias on entrepreneurial activity and outcomes. His work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Management.

Dave enjoys spending time with his amazing wife and son as well as their Aussie-Golden Doodle. He is an avid college sports fan (Go Coogs!) and he enjoys good food and time spent with great company.
