Applicant Information
LeaderShape Applicant Requirements
- Be a business major in the C. T. Bauer College of Business (minors do not count)
- Be at least a Sophomore by credit hours during the semester you are attending the session.
- Have a GPA of at least 2.5 or higher.
- Complete a LeaderShape application and interview.
*Note: Students with a GPA of 3.0 and higher will be given priority consideration*

Catalyst™ is a one-day program focused on learning to develop your own authentic path, connect to groups and causes you care about, and commit to a plan to be a catalyst for yourself and the groups you’re part of. This program is designed to start something extraordinary.
