Plan for D.C.

Bauer in D.C.

Academic Credit

Participants may earn academic credit through UH during the fellowship program. Once students are selected, they will be required to meet with Colleen Davies, cmdavies@uh.edu, and their academic advisor to determine exactly how the credit will be applied towards their degree.

Housing

Participants will live together in apartments on Capitol Hill. Bauer will cover the housing costs for all participants, which will include utilities and internet service.

Cost

The Bauer College of Business will pay for housing for each participant. Bauer in D.C. Fellows are responsible for paying for their roundtrip flight to Washington, D.C. and their living expenses for the duration of the program. In addition, Bauer in D.C. Fellows may be enrolled in academic courses through UH. They are responsible for paying all tuition and fees for these courses.

Participants will be enrolled in UH courses so their scholarships and grants could be applied towards the cost of the program. Please meet with the Scholarship Office to determine how your current funding will be affected by participation in the Bauer in D.C. Fellowship Program.
