Elizabeth's transition from corporate leadership to academia at the Bauer College of Business is a natural extension of her lifelong commitment to growth, leadership, and empowerment. Her corporate journey, beginning as an inside-sales representative and developing into the US Sales Director at a Fortune 500 company, equips her with a wealth of real-world insights that deeply enrich her teaching. At Bauer, she brings the boardroom into the classroom, offering students a unique blend of strategic acumen and practical experience. Her ability to lead high-performing teams, drive over $800 million in annual revenue, and navigate complex organizational transformations translates into dynamic, experience-based learning for her students. Elizabeth not only teaches business leadership, she embodies it. Her classes are infused with lessons on resilience, innovation, and the power of intentional development, all drawn from her own career. Elizabeth's entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish Lifelong Learning Coaching & Consulting, a platform where her passion for nurturing talent and unlocking potential flourishes.
