Byung Cheol Lee holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Columbia University and a BS in Economics and Statistical Science (Summa Cum Laude) from Duke University. His research focuses on consumer behavior aspect of marketing, with an emphasis on word-of-mouth, recommendations, and consumer-brand relationships.
