A basic introduction to the Lean Six Sigma methodology for leaders to understand how this structured, problem-solving approach can help improve organization performance.

One-Day Overview

Wednesdays, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. | Upcoming Dates Available Soon

A basic introduction to Lean Six Sigma tools and terminology within the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) methodology. Designed for all individuals who need to learn how to support Lean Six Sigma efforts more effectively.

8 hours of training with certificate of completion.

 

Hybrid/Blended Yellow Belt Course

Hybrid/Blended Yellow Belt Course (each course, min. 10 – max. 25 people) – introduces participants to the Lean Six Sigma methodology, including terminology and team-based improvement methods:
