Program Structure
Tailored to Your Career Goals: MS or MBA?

Which Program Is Right for You?

- Partially. You'll complete asynchronous assignments on your schedule, but you'll move through the program with a cohort — attending live, scheduled classes together.
How Are Courses Delivered?
- Enjoy a mix of synchronous (live virtual) classes and asynchronous coursework. Sales courses include live sessions; management electives are fully asynchronous for added flexibility.
Are Any Classes In-Person?
- No. The program is 100% online — no campus visits or residencies required.
What’s the Capstone Project?
- You’ll work one-on-one with a faculty mentor over 8 months to design a custom sales leadership solution that addresses a real-world challenge from your current company or future role.
Program Length & Schedule
- This is a 12-month program, including required summer coursework. Designed for working professionals, it’s immersive and efficient.
