Cost & Payment Information
The cost of the program is TBD. This includes hotel accommodations (double occupancy), corporate visits, seminars, cultural excursions and all local land transportation. Daily breakfast at the hotel, a welcome dinner and a closing lunch are also included. The cost of the trip does not include airfare, health insurance, UH tuition, Visas for India and Dubai, or any other meals. Because of the current international political climate, we reserve the right to cancel the trip any time prior to departure should we believe that student safety is compromised. In such a case, we will refund all fee payments made, but are not responsible for airline ticket reimbursements or other related incurred expenses.
Program Cost Includes:
- All Hotel accommodations (including breakfast)
- Local transportation
- Company visits and site tours
Program Cost Does Not Include:
- Airfare
- UH tuition and fees
- Travel insurance (On Call international travel insurance is required, cost is $1.54 per day)
- Visa India - Apply for a tourist visa
- Visa Dubai - Get at the airport in Dubai (U.S. citizens only)

International Travel Information
Participants must have a valid passport. A copy of your passport is required to sign up for the trip, so if you do not already have one, apply as soon as possible. Standard passport processing can take up to 6 weeks, though expedited (rush) service is available for an additional fee.
It is the student’s responsibility to research and comply with visa requirements based on their nationality. All students must obtain any necessary visas prior to travel.
For students traveling to India, a valid passport is required in order to apply for a visa – begin this process early to avoid delays.

Arrival
Students are responsible for their own arrival travel arrangements. The program begins on Saturday, May 9, 2026.
During the Program
We will arrange all travel during the program at no additional expense to the student. This includes day trips, tours, and visits to local businesses.
Departure
The program ends on Saturday, May 23. Students may depart at any time that day.
Accommodation Information
Students will be provided double rooms upon arrival on Saturday, May 9, 2026 until departure on Saturday, May 23, 2026. If available, students may request a single room (additional fee applies). Breakfast is included, but other meals, phone charges, laundry, and other charges are not. Students will need to give the hotel a credit card upon arrival to cover these additional charges.
