Here at the Sunshine Tomato Company we have found traditional red tomato sauce too acidic for our liking. It makes our "heartburn" that so many of the Italian staples we love just don't agree with our body. So with our decades of experience in the food industry we made it our mission to develop a line of tomato sauces made from Yellow Tomatoes that are delicious, nutritious and without the burn!
