The Office of Communications has archived a photography library covering 2007 to present that can and should be used in communication pieces. Our archives include portraits (both stylized and “headshot” format) as well as event photos and landscape/building shots.
When working with Office of Communications on a piece or putting together something yourself, we encourage you to use images from this archive. Contact Jessica Navarro to request a specific image or to have photo options pulled from the library.
If an existing photo will not work for your piece, we recommend that you coordinate with the Office of Communications to schedule a photo shoot, rather than working with outside or amateur photographers. Using Office of Communications photography ensures that your piece will include the highest quality images that will reproduce well across media (print, web, video).
In order to use submitted photography, we request images that are at a minimum 1 MB in size.
