WCE students get a firsthand look at what it takes to operate a business with BurgerFest, the culminating project of the entrepreneurship program. The 30 students selected for the entrepreneurship program learn to calculate cost and revenue, find capital, and write an effective business plan. BurgerFest allows students to put these skills to the test during a two-day burger-selling competition on the UH campus.
