Undergraduate students in the Ted Bauer Leadership Certificate Program (TBLCP) were celebrated during a ceremony in April to recognize their accomplishment of finishing the program.

To mark their achievement, students receive a certificate, as well as special cords to accompany their graduation regalia for the commencement ceremony.

"This year's 2022-2023 TBLCP students have been excellent and we are so proud of them,” Leadership Initiatives Program Manager Celene Warren said. “We have witnessed their growth and seen them come into who they want to be as leaders. They are the next great leaders."

Each fall TBLCP accepts 125 students for a year-long program in leadership development, helping students by teaching them about teamwork, professionalism, and self-awareness.

Applications for the 2023-2024 cohort will open in Aug. 2023. Learn more about the Ted Bauer Leadership Certificate Program.
