Bio

Ph.D., Florida State University, 1992, Management Information Systems. Teaching areas include introduction to computers, and decision support/expert systems. Research interests include the integration of psychological theories of human decision making into DSS design, and the effects of design and task structure on decision maker performance and perceptions. Publications have appeared in MIS Quarterly and Decision Sciences.
