Leadership Initiatives

Executive Partners

The Bauer College of Business is very fortunate to have an excellent group of senior executives from companies and organizations such as Metro, Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, P.C. (PKF Texas), Parker Drilling, BP, El Paso Corp., Lasco, Kiwi Energy, Memorial Hermann, the CEO of FrogDog, and many more who volunteer to serve as leadership mentors for Bauer MBA students. These individuals devote at least 2 hours a month for one entire academic year assisting MBA students in developing their leadership skills and talents. These mentors provide a wealth of knowledge and experience to students as they progress through the MBA and work to develop themselves into future leaders.

That said, the Future Leader Mentoring Initiative is an ongoing program offered to participants in the C. T. Bauer College of Business MBA Leadership Certificate Program to enhance their learning and goal achievement through personalized leadership mentoring. This mentoring is provided by experienced leadership and business executives (Executive Partners) some of which are mentioned below who volunteer their time to participate with a select group of MBA students.
