Annual Meeting

Alumni and supporters of the Bauer College gather in Houston each year for the Annual Alumni Meeting, the Bauer College Alumni Association’s end-of-year signature event. In recent years, the event has brought more alumni back to the college to reconnect and hear from its leaders on the latest successes from students, faculty and BCAA.

Tailgating Events

The Bauer College Alumni Association would like to welcome its alumni and supporters to join us each football season for fun and networking before every home game. Our tailgate is one of the best at UH thanks to the generosity of our sponsors.  If you are interested in sponsoring, please go to our sponsorship page for more information.

For information on tailgates in general, please contact us.

Please support your Cougar athletes at home games; check for more UH Athletics details.

Annual Ted Bauer Golf Classic

Our mission to engage Alumni and inspire participation by new graduates and long-time UH supporters is as strong as ever. We are committed to providing a superb opportunity to celebrate the University of Houston, the Bauer College of Business and all those alumni that make UH something special. Being an active member shows a commitment to the university and pride in supporting the programs that make UH a strong and successful community. The UH Alumni Association is a global community of alumni and friends committed to and sharing pride in the growth and support of the University of Houston as a premier institution.

The TBGC is an exciting opportunity for us to gather on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at The Golf Club of Houston, one of Houston’s elite golf courses, and network with our alumni and celebrate being a Cougar.

The TBGC is a success every year due to our sponsors. If you are interested in sponsoring, please go to our sponsorship page for more information.

Volunteer/Community Service

Make a Difference and volunteer just a few hours of your time and give back to the community, your peers, future students, and the ongoing vitality of the University. There are many ways to contribute - whatever you choose, you will be impacting people’s lives.

Since 2011 we began the annual 9/11 Day of Service at the Food Bank which started with 50 volunteers. We are proud to THANK all of our 1,000 plus volunteers that attended the 2015 9/11 Day of Service! Our goal for next year is to reach the 700 volunteer mark, so please be on the lookout on our event page for our September 2017 Day of Service to volunteer at the Houston Food Bank! We will post volunteer events on the events calendar as they arise.
