To receive a Corporate Entrepreneurship Certificate, an undergraduate student must enroll in and complete two classes earning a “C” or above in each:
ENTREPRENEURSHIP (ENTR) 3310: Business planning, leadership; negotiation; entrepreneurial thinking; idea generation
ENTREPRENEURSHIP (ENTR) 3312: Hands-on entrepreneurial experience; discovering key factors to future success; understanding the business process; gaining the CEO perspective.
The CEC is becoming a recognized and valued asset within corporations. Ultimately, the most valuable employees are those who create the most value for their employers. Students who participate in the program receive a certificate they can list on their resume. This certificate gives Bauer graduates and graduates of the University of Houston the edge they will need to be successful in today’s competitive job market.
