Distinguished Entrepreneur Speaker Series (DESS)

The Distinguished Entrepreneur Speaker Series (DESS) was established to provide a forum where renowned guest speakers can share their experiences from the world of entrepreneurship with both students and the Houston community. The speakers usually share the obstacles and failures they have endured on the road to becoming a successful entrepreneur.

We are honored and excited to bring such a high caliber speaker to the University of Houston and would like to extend this invitation and opportunity to your students. The objective is to promote DESS to our UH student and pack the Cullen Performance Hall every single time.

On Thursday, November 12th, 2009 our DESS guest speaker will be Mr. Mike Linn, Chairman and CEO of Linn Energy.
