RICS provides Bauer faculty and staff with solutions to their computer-related requests. Open from 8am to 5:30pm, Mon - Fri, RICS will attempt to resolve your logged service request within 24 hours. Service Level Statement
LABS:
- Desktops loaded with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
- Access to Internet and to laser printers (1 color)
- Specialty Software available in application lab and ACIM classroom
- Allow 3 weeks BEFORE semester starts for testing and implementation.
- ACIM available at all times to students with cougar card access. Professors should provide Ruby Harron in the Business office with a list of students needing ACIM card access.

Classrooms:
- All 66 seat classrooms and one 44 seat classrooms are equipped with projectors and lecterns with VCR, DVD, Zip and floppy drives. VGA connection available for laptops.
- Portable carts available for use in non equipped classrooms.
- Reserve portable units and TV’s
- Specialty Software can be loaded on lecterns – Provide 3 weeks notice
- All Classrooms have Internet connectivity
- All Classrooms have access to Wireless network

- ACIM conference room: NOTE: No outbound long distance. Use calling cards or inbound calls for long distance. (Departments responsible for acquiring calling cards)
- Portable unit can be reserved by contacting Help Desk or online.
ACIM Ticker and Video Wall:
- Please provide at least one week notice for requests.
- Requestor provides PowerPoint slides for video wall
- Speaker, podium and stage available for events.
NOTE: RICS closes at 5:30 and student workers do not have access to video or event equipment
Other Equipment:
- Loaner laptop and portable infocus machine available for use
- Video camera and digital camera available for event check out
Development:
