Application for Executive MBA

The University of Houston Executive MBA at the Bauer College of Business application process is in-depth and contains several parts. The application can be filled out on-line and submitted electronically.

The application process includes:

1. Application: to be filled out by applicant and must also include the $75 application fee. You can pay via credit card over phone at 713-743-4699 or check made payable to UH Executive MBA. Your application will not be processed until the fee is paid.
2. Letters of Appraisal: from two individuals who are well acquainted with you, your work experience and potential for professional achievement. At least one should be from a present supervisor.
3. Transcript Request Form: sent to all undergraduate and graduate schools you have attended.
