station. The complex will also contain a 3,000-square-foot gym, a yoga studio and outdoor yoga terrace, a cyber
café, a media lounge, an entertainment room, a conference room, and a resident party room/lounge. Some of
the outdoor amenities include a sports lawn with outdoor games, an outdoor kitchen with a grill and fire pits,
and an infinity-edge pool with private cabanas.
The units will feature quartz countertops which provide a more contemporary look and resist staining much bet-
ter than granite, marble, or concrete. The doors will be equipped with electronic keyless entry locks, which not
only negate the need for keys but also allow tenants to provide entry to others at their discretion, such as dog

with the Teal system. Teal is a centralized natural gas water heating system, which in addition to being environ-
mentally friendly, ensures that no individual water heaters will take up usable space in the actual unit, and no
tenant will ever be inconvenienced by a service technician in the event of repair. The Teal system also softens
the water reducing the buildup on faucets and showers and extending the life of appliances and water fixtures.
