• Start with report #1 above. This shows it all by departments. Floor Plans are at the bottom of the page

  Were moving 74 or so people. Actually some of these are listed as "tba" or "new hire". This is to establish were we need new phones and do NOT represent real people. This situation occurs seven times:

  1. concierge desk in the lobby (Under the DEAN group)
  2. 3 times in the GPP group (all called "new hire" ... 1,2,3)
  3. tab receptionist and one "new hire" in the PPA group
  4. one "tba" in the Wolff Center

  So, the are really about 67 actual people moving

• Report #2 shows all the rooms in rooms number order NOT by organizational units and states the function

  Important Suites are:

  • 302 Real Estate/ GEMI / FINA
  • 304 PPA
  • 402 Sundry Clinicals/staff
  • 424 GPP
  • 528 Wolff
  • other 500s are Student Orgs
