The privilege of posting of flyers in the Bauer College of Business is limited to official Bauer College departments and institutes and student organizations within the college.

Posting is prohibited in the following areas:

• Inside classrooms
• Inside bathrooms
• On walls outside the Starbucks area
• On classroom doors
• On aluminum columns
• In the ticker lobby on the first floor
• Using tape, staples and thumb tacks is strictly prohibited on any surface

For All Departments and Centers, approved posting areas are limited to display signs in the elevators and out side elevator on each floor. Information may also be posted to the video wall on the first floor by sending a power point slide to Zoila Parra at rics_support@uh.edu. Please give Zoila at least two business days notice and include start and end dates for your slides.

For Bauer College Student Organizations-must be pre-approved Deans Office Administrative Assistant.  Posting areas are limited to:

• Specific student organization bulletin boards near room 135
• General purpose bulletin boards on the first floor
• Locked display cases near room 135 and room 170 (keys available in Stephanie Williams Office)
• The Starbucks area on the second floor (table-tents and posting allowed with tape only, no staples).

Directional Signage

Directional signage for events may be placed on an easel in the ticker lobby or at the base of the stairs to the second floor. Easels may be requested from the Office of Undergraduate Business Programs during regular business hours.

All flyers must be removed promptly after the conclusion of the event.

Please do your part to keep our building clean and presentable and be advised that the custodial staff will remove any flyers that are posted in unauthorized areas. Anyone in violation will be subject to disciplinary or other actions deemed appropriate by the College.
