include strategy, international strategy, and organizational
theory. Research interests include organizational decision making,
cooperative strategies, and corporate social responsibility.
Articles have appeared in Organizational Behavior and Human
Decision Processes and Business Horizons. Dr. Carlin
joined the faculty at the University of Houston in 2002 after
several years of consulting in a variety of industries, particularly
