A Comprehensive Understanding
Associate Professor and Organizational Psychologist Enrica Ruggs earned a collaborative research grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to help better understand the factors that influence psychological safety of minority women at work.

Shaping the Research Field
Vanessa Patrick, Associate Dean of Research and Bauer Professor of Marketing at Bauer College has been named President-Elect of the Society of Consumer Psychology (SCP), the premier professional association for consumer psychologists. SCP advances the field of consumer psychology by promoting professional development and research opportunities for faculty and doctoral students from around the world.

Top in Productivity
Bauer College’s Department of Marketing & Entrepreneurship have received exemplary rankings in the American Marketing Association's annual compilation of research productivity in the field of marketing.
Additionally, Michael Ahearne was ranked 10th in the world for productivity, as well as Seshadri Tirunillai, who ranked 26th.

Bauer Professor Inducted into Academy of Management’s Fellows Group
C. T. Bauer Chair of Inclusive Leadership Derek Avery was named the 2024 inductee into the Academy of Management’s Fellows Group. The Fellows Group is to recognize and honor members of Academy of Management (AOM) who have made significant contributions to the science and practice of management.
