                  at Dallas, USA. Prior to that he recieved his B.S. and M.S. (Mathematics) from the University of Delhi, India. Before
                   joining the faculty at the Bauer College of Business Prof.
                  Syam spent two years at Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
                  His research has appeared in Marketing Science and Review of
                  Marketing Science.  He has served on the editorial board of Marketing Science. In 2008, he was one of two professors in the Bauer College of Business to receive the Melcher Award for Excellence in
