The C. T. Bauer College of Business officially announced the establishment of the new Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence Institute. With this establishment, students can gain hands-on experience in AI. Undergraduate programs, mini-MBA's and certificate programs will all be offered through this new institute.

The Grand Challenges in Business and Society course, designed and developed by Associate Dean for Research and Marketing Professor Vanessa Patrick, assists students in their journey from business executives to scholars.

Associate Professor and Organizational Psychologist Enrica Ruggs earned a collaborative research grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to help better understand the factors that influence psychological safety of minority women at work.

High Impact Scholarship

Management & Leadership Assistant Professor Curtis Wesley is joining the board of the Southern Management Association (SMA) for the next three years. A domestic affiliate of the Academy of Management, the SMA represents more than 1,000 management professors, doctoral students, and executives, from more than 200 colleges, universities, and business firms in 43 states and numerous countries worldwide.
