Alexander Tawse


Alex Tawse is a doctoral candidate in Management at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. His research interests include Strategy Implementation, Dynamic Managerial Capability, Performance Measurement Systems, and Leadership Attribution. Alex is currently in his fifth year.

Alex graduated with Bachelors degrees in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University and received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining the PhD program at Bauer, Alex was CEO of start-up company focused on the acquisition of oil and gas service companies, served as the CFO and Senior Lean Consultant for the Kaizen Institute, a global consulting firm, and worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he received his CPA qualification.
