This font is a "small caps" font. All letters are capitals -- but the lower case capitals are smaller.
The bold-faced text in the boxes below demonstrates the effect. A standard fixed font is shown following the "small-caps" version so that you can easily distinguish between upper and lower case.

The center glass wall is in three panels (left to right if standing outside in the hall the three panel widths are: left 13' 8", center 28' 3", right 10' 3".
Total safety stripe width is 52' 2".
Two of these three panels contain the graphics below -- the two panels that are nearest to an entrance doors;
On the panel nearest to elevator [the 10' 3"], the text should be right justified.
On the panel farther west down the hall [the 13' 8" panel], the text should be left justified.
There is NO text in the center panel -- just the safety stripe.
