Bauer Student Development Opportunities

Students at the C. T. Bauer College of Business have the opportunity to explore and learn what it means to be a leader through Bauer Leadership Initiatives. With a dedicated team of faculty, staff and community partners, Bauer College offers students a strategic, integrated and inclusive approach to leadership development.

Each year, we select candidates for a new cohort in our Ted Bauer Leadership Certificate Program, where students build a solid leadership foundation, learn to make decisions with integrity and better understand their personal strengths and the value of working with a team. Through Bauer student organizations, we give students the opportunity to connect, engage, experience and create lifelong friendships. Bauer College also offers selected student leaders the chance to participate in LeaderShape, a six-day course that uses interactive teaching methods focused on ethics, team building and personal vision building.

At Bauer College, we are committed to providing students with the opportunity, experience and training necessary to become thoughtful, ethical and responsible business leaders.
