For graduate students in Bauer College, it’s clear from Day One that they’ll navigate networking with plenty of support in the form of a “dream team” of career counselors from the Rockwell Career Center Graduate and Alumni Career Services team.

Crisis Builds Character

Just before the start of the new academic year, Bauer College organized the second annual Graduate Crisis Case Competition, giving more than 30 MBA and MS students the opportunity to experience the real world of business during a two-day exercise where they assumed the roles of senior executives for a fictitious business and navigated a mock crisis scenario.

Accelerated Improvement

Continuing an upward climb, Bauer’s undergraduate program ranks No. 41 among 362 public business schools in U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 Best Colleges ranking.

Fortune Ranks Bauer MBA

Bauer’s Full-Time MBA program catapulted 12 places in Fortune magazine’s annual ranking of the Best MBA programs for 2025, advancing to No. 50 overall and No. 23 among public universities. Only four other MBA programs in the United States experienced greater growth since last year’s ranking!
