Bio

Patsy has been employed by the University of Houston sicne 1999 as a program manager in the Institute for Regional Forecasting (IRF) within the Bauer College of Business. The Institute was officially established in 1999 by Dr. Barton A. Smith as an independent unit of the Hobby Center for Public Policy. Upon Dr. Smith's retirement, the Institute was moved to the C. T.
