Dennis Bozeman

Associate Professor


Dr. Bozeman received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Theory from Florida State University in 1997 and joined the University of Houston Management Faculty that same year. His teaching interests are in the areas of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management with particular emphasis on human resource selection, training, and performance appraisal. Dr. Bozeman has published in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, Psychological Reports, and the Employee Responsibilities and Rights Journal
