CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES

• GOING ON NOW: At this time, our numbers indicate that the conference will be full.  Please feel free to join the wait list if you're interested in coming.  If we have a spot for you, we will contact you before the start of the conference.  If you don't hear from us via email, this indicates that we don't have adequate space for you attend.
• On-site registration (January 16-February 18th): $200 (Cash or Check only).  Please remember that this is "First-come, First-serve" registration, and you are not guaranteed admission to the conference if you select to do this.  If you are coming from out of town, please be aware of this and drive in knowing that you might not get a spot!

Conference Registration includes:

• TEXAAN One-Year Membership
• First-night dinner, all lunches and breakfasts
• All other general conference costs

CONFERENCE PAYMENT

TEXAAN accepts cash, checks, purchase orders, or money orders for conference payment.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards as forms of payment, but can accept purchase orders, if needed.  MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO TEXAAN or Texas Academic Advising Network.  Remember, you are not officially registered until payment is recieved!

Refund Policy:  Paid attendees who can no longer attend the conference may request refunds until January 15th at 5pm.  No refunds will be given after this time, but registration transfers are allowed.

HOTEL ROOM BOOKING & RATES

• Hotel Booking: Online hotel room booking is now closed.  Now, to book a room, please call the hotel directly at 713-523-8448 and specifically state that you are with the TEXAAN conference!  You have until Friday, February 13th to do this.  Hurry!  The hotel is filling up.
• Texas State Employees: Prevailing State Rate [at time of reservation] per night (must present University/College ID at check-in)

• Independent, private, and out-of-state institutions: $99 per night (must presentUniversity/College ID at check-in)
