The Hospitality table is located in the Gallery outside of the main ballroom. The hospitality table can assist you with finding dining, shopping, and entertainment options in the local area. They are equipped with maps and much more.

The hospitality committee will be available to assist you during the following times:

Wednesday, February 18                        1:00pm to 7:00pm

Thursday, February 19                            9:00am to 6:00pm

Movie Night in the Hospitality Suite –Thursday, February 19th

Want to relax after dinner, or don’t want to leave the hotel?  Please join us Thursday evening from 8pm-10pm after the conference activities for movies and networking in the Hospitality Suite on the 18th floor. Here’s your chance to relax, network with old colleagues, and establish new contacts.  Light refreshments will be available.

Rejuvenate Your Creative Spirit: The Mad Potter

Presented by: TEXAAN 2009 Entertainment Team and The Mad Potter

Get ready to be creative!  The Mad Potter, Houston’s chic “paint your own pottery” studio, has come to TEXAAN!  Come paint a small favor (prices ranges: $6 to $16) for yourself or a loved one in a relaxed environment that you can take home to cherish the relaxing memories made at this year’s conference.  Space is limited to 70 people.  First-come, first serve sign up: sign up at the Hospitality table before lunch on Thursday.
