About the Conference

This year's conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza-River Oaks in the heart of Houston, less than 10 minutes away from downtown, the famed Galleria shopping district, the Museum district, as well as many other attractions!     

Conference dates are February 18-20, 2009.  From the afternoon on Wednesday to lunch on Friday, we will have three busy, yet fun-filled days of advising instruction & training, expert advice, networking, and of course, REJUVENATION!   The Conference theme and presentations will focus on innovative advising ideas and practices from across the state, as well as rejuvenating your college advising centers, advisors, and students!

PAYMENT DEADLINES for Online Registrants:

Everyone who hasn't paid by February 2nd, 2009 must register at the on-site/late rate of $200.  If you need special assistance or are having difficulty with payment, please visit the registration page.

Failure to pay will result in being added to the wait list until payment is received.  If payment is received after the conference fills with paid attendees, you may not be able to attend the conference.  Please pay asap!  We want to see you at TEXAAN 2009!
