FINA 4330 – Corporate Finance
This course deals with the
problems facing financial managers of typical large U.S.
Corporations. We examine these problems from the perspective
of the CFO or the corporation’s investment banker.
Although you have dealt with these problems in the finance
prerequisite (FINA 3332), we will delve into these problems
much more deeply thereby enriching your understanding
of these decisions.
