Bio
Christina Hinkson is the Experiential Education Manager for the Rockwell Career Center. Dr. Hinkson has been in education for the past 10 years serving in various administrative capacities. Prior to joining Bauer, she has served as a Director at a college in which she oversaw workforce programming and led faculty and staff in student recruitment, advising, developing internships and program development. She has also taught courses in business management and strategic planning. Most recently, she had the pleasure of consulting for the Small Business Administration through the Houston Women's Center to create curriculum, teach workshops, and serve as an advisor to business owners. Dr. Hinkson has studied adult learning principles, workforce trends, and economic development and has a research passion of connecting learners with real-world experiences. Her expertise is in the areas of leadership, human resources, corporate training, curriculum design and development, and career counseling. Dr. Hinkson received her Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Sam Houston State University, she holds a Master's in Administration from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor's degree from University of Houston.
