Babak Hayati is a doctoral student in Marketing at University of Houston, Bauer College of Business. Before joining the Ph.D. program, Babak completed his MBA at Sharif University of Technology in Iran and got a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Tehran. During the MBA program, he was involved in research projects related to service quality and consumer satisfaction models. He also collaborated in different management consulting projects in the fields of marketing research and human resource management. Babak’s current research interests generally involve the application of behavioral and multilevel models in marketing strategy and sales management.
