EXPLORE Summer Business Camps 2014

High school students from all over the country attend EXPLORE Summer Camps at the C. T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. This unique experience offers them insight to the fields of Entrepreneurship, Sales and Marketing, and Energy and Sustainability.

Program Description

Hosted by the Bauer College Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship (WCE), one of the top undergraduate entrepreneurship programs in the nation, you will get a CEO's perspective on starting a business from the ground up and hands-on experiences from elevator pitches to implementation of your business ideas!

Who is eligible to apply?

You must be a rising 10th, 11th or 12th grader (current 9th, 10th or 11th grader for the 2013-2014 school year). An application is required (see below). Space is limited: Thirty students will be selected for the camp through a competitive selection process.

When are the camp dates?

July 6-11, 2014

Where is the camp?

EXPLORE Entrepreneurship will take place primarily at the C. T. Bauer College of Business on the UH-Main Campus. Students will also travel off-site for various site visits and field trips (transportation provided).

How much does it cost?

If a student is selected to participate (30 students total will be selected), camp is free! Full scholarships will be awarded to all participants.

Is housing available? Can I stay on campus during the Institute?

Yes! Participants are required to stay on campus in UH residential housing during the camp.

When and how do I apply?

Apply online from April 1-30, 2014. (Online application will not be available until April 1, 2014.)
