SAS ON RICS: HOW TO OBTAIN ACCESS

Jose Chapela sent me the following instructions on January 26, 1999:

1. If you don't already have one, obtain a RICS_2 account. (Go to help desk in the computer lab on the second floor of Melcher Hall and ask for instructions. Take your student ID and a fee statement to prove you are enrolled on Business course.)
2. E-mail
   rics_help@uh.edu
   The subject should be SAS. In the e-mail, include your RICS_2 logon ID, and your full name.
3. Generally, it will take 24 hours from the receipt of the e-mail for you to be able to access SAS. A reply e-mail will not be sent.
4. If you are still unable to access SAS within 24 hours, you need to go to Jose Chapela so that he can resolve your problem.
