WEBGRAMMING ASSIGNMENT #3

Create a C program which animates the logo created in assignment #2. The program should animate moving the logo across the screen.

The program should:

1. clear the screen
2. display the color logo
3. move the logo around the screen using get's and put's
4. display your name, social security number and RICS account number on the bottom line of the sceen

The program should be compiled and stored on your RICS account and named pa3.exe.
