Advising Services

The MBA Program Office provides advising to our enrolled students through our two advisors, A. Butler and M. Newman.
Ms. Butler is responsible for elective classes, and Ms. Newman is responsible for core classes.

Important points to remember:

The MBA Program Office is located in Suite 330 in Melcher Hall;
MBA Program Office hours are from 8 am until 5 pm. Advising hours are as follows:
- Monday through Thursday: 9 am until 7 pm
- Friday: 9am until 5 pm
To help us accommodate the needs of all our students, please call our main desk at 713-743-0700 at least a day in advance if possible to schedule an appointment with your advisor;
We strongly encourage you to meet with your advisor on a regular basis to ensure that you are making appropriate progress through the program and are selecting the right courses to fulfill your educational and career objectives.
