Two (2) official, sealed transcripts from all higher education institutions attended
Transcripts will also be required from the university where you completed calculus. Students without calculus must complete this prerequisite or a credit exam covering this material prior to beginning any Master's level coursework.
International Transcripts – We need one original transcript in the original language and the other must be an official English translation of the transcript. Once submitted, Office of International Admissions will evaluate them.
We accept GMAT scores if they have been taken within the last five years. If they were taken more than five years ago, the applicant must take the test again. Scores should be sent to University of Houston, MS in Finance Program code XT1-26-15. Information regarding the Graduate Management Admission Test can be obtained from their web site: www.mba.com or by calling 1-800-717-4628 (GMAT) 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. The GMAT is a computer-adapted test which is offered on an appointment basis.
We will accept GRE scores only if it has already been taken within the last 5 years for another graduate program. Expect a three or four week period time between taking the test and UH receiving the score.
The fee can be submitted while completing the Apply Texas Application online or by using the following link https://www.bauer.uh.edu/gpp_payment/payment.aspx or by mailing in a personal U.S. check or money order directly. Make the check or money order payable to the University of Houston. The name and student I. D. number of the applicant must be on the check or money order. NO CASH will be accepted! Only applicants whose fees have been paid will be reviewed.
International students must pay a $75 processing fee to International Admissions, in addition to the Bauer College application fee of $75, for a total fee of $150, which can be submitted on-line or by a personal U.S. check or money order. If submitting a personal U.S. check or money order, make payable to the University of Houston. The name and student I. D. number of the applicant must be on the check or money order. NO CASH will be accepted! Only applicants whose fees have been paid will be reviewed.
