Phillip Jolly is a third-year doctoral candidate studying human resource management and organizational behavior at the Bauer College of Business. His research interests include employee disability issues, discrimination, discipline, and implicit theories. A particular focus is the way in which cognitive processes shape employees' and managers' perceptions of HR processes and HR-related transactions.
Prior to returning to school, Phil held positions in manufacturing, accounting, and HR, and spent several years as a professional bluegrass musician.
