Customer Service Supervisor
Travelling musician, Renaissance woman & foodie, Lori Watley hails from the mid-western city of Kansas City, Missouri, home of Jazz and Barbeque. Lori began learning the ways of customer service while still nestled snugly in the throng of her very large family, as she vied with twenty cousins for the Waitress of the Year award. This Herculean challenge involved filling drink orders and serving pie to very demanding Aunts, Uncles and Grandparents. To the victor went a crisp one dollar bill and the prestigious aforementioned title. After winning 5 years in a row (which might be a slight exaggeration), and with crisp dollar bill in hand, she vowed to always give 'em a smile and keep 'em coming back. That's what she still does to this day, as Customer Service Supervisor / Office Supervisor for the Bauer College of Business.
