Bio
Cody Koeppen has been working with computers since the late 90s. At the age of 12 his parents bought him his first computer and his interest in technology started to grow. After several years of tinkering and fixing problems with family and friends computers he began to develop a strong relationship with technology. In 2004 he went to work for Lamar Consolidated Independent School District and was exposed to a broader spectrum of technology including hardware/software troubleshooting and peripheral support. After four plus years of working in Lamar's technology department and pursuing a college education he decided he needed to broaden his horizons. In early 2009 he started a new chapter of his career at SugarLandPC. Working for SugarLandPC opened his mind to a much more diverse field of information technology. While working in the fast moving public sector he gained much experience with servers, routers and other complex network hardware and software. He quickly became adept at troubleshooting dynamic software problems and truly honed his analytical thinking. During his time at SugarLandPC, he was able to continue his college education and in the spring of 2011 he graduated from The University of Houston – Victoria with a Bachelors of Applied Arts and Science degree. With an optimistic outlook of the future he hopes to further his knowledge in information technology by continuing to challenge his skill set here at The University of Houston.
