Ashley Salaiz is from Omaha, Nebraska. She earned her B.A. from Southern Methodist University and her M.B.A. from Schiller International University. She has previously worked as an internal auditor for KPMG and General Electric.

Ashley Salaiz's research interests focus specifically on corporate social responsibility and irresponsibility and their impacts on organizational outcomes.
