Bio

Alex Tawse is a doctoral student in Management at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. His research interests include strategy implementation, leadership, decision-making, and organizational learning. Alex is currently in his second year.

Alex graduated with Bachelors degrees in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University and received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining the program, Alex worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he received his CPA qualification, served as the CFO for a global consulting firm specializing in Lean Manufacturing, and was CEO of start-up holding company focused on the acquisition of small oil and gas service companies. In his spare time, Alex serves as CEO of a start-up gaming company.
